1. Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of the systems, memberships, software, or proprietary platforms offered by Business Force One (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our systems or services.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the no-refund policy and the acknowledgment that proprietary information is delivered immediately upon access.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases made through Business Force One are final and non-refundable.
Because our systems provide instant access to proprietary business tools, automations, and confidential materials, the value of our services is fully delivered upon granting access.
Therefore, refunds cannot be issued once access is provided, regardless of:
- Lack of use or participation
- Change of mind
- Failure to utilize provided tools or materials
- Business outcome or performance results
By purchasing, you expressly agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
This clause is compliant with Stripe’s non-refundable digital goods and service policy as the services constitute intangible, immediately delivered intellectual property.
3. Delivery of Services
Access to your purchased system, training, or membership is typically provided immediately upon payment confirmation via the email address or portal credentials you provide during checkout.
Access constitutes full delivery of service for the purpose of billing and refund policy enforcement.
4. Proprietary and Confidential Information
All content, systems, templates, automations, processes, and intellectual property provided through Business Force One are confidential and proprietary.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing of logins, or reverse-engineering of our systems is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and/or legal action.
By accessing our systems, you acknowledge that proprietary data and trade secrets are disclosed and that such disclosure constitutes full performance of our obligations under your purchase.
5. Membership Access, Billing, and Cancellation
You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time by contacting [email protected].
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
In some cases, prorated billing may apply for the final month of access; however, no refunds will be issued for any previous payments or unused time.
6. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution or card provider for any reason covered by these Terms.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Business Force One reserves the right to provide Stripe and your payment provider with:
- Evidence of your acceptance of these Terms
- Records of system access and delivery timestamps
- IP logs confirming login activity
- Copies of communications verifying service access
This documentation ensures compliance with Stripe’s Seller Protection standards and substantiates that the product was delivered and utilized as described.
7. Modification or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Business Force One platform or services at any time without notice.
If Services are discontinued, prorated credits or alternate access may be provided at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, systems, automations, workflows, branding, and trade secrets are owned exclusively by Business Force One.
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use during your active membership.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our systems or intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Force One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
